Our Beginning:
People places construction was founded by Richard Cochran in may of1978, and was originally was new construction and remodeling homes. In 1981 we did a custom home that needed a wood shingle roof that had side and face rolls that needed to be steamed and fitted around the bottom and sides of the roof.
Our start in Roofing
Shortly after that we started to get calls for more and more roofs.
By1982 interest rates were out of control and construction was slowing so we switched over to roofing only and stayed there since. We have been a referral from our customers company for over 44 years now.
Our Present and Future
In 2012 Vincent Cochran took over the company. I have been roofing for over 40 years and have mastered most types of materials from composition shingles, wood shakes, slate, tile, and steam bent wood shingles in many different styles.
